COVID-19 UPDATE In response to the Prime Minister's and First Minister's address to the nation last night the LHPF have closed down for the next 3 weeks. We will review the situation on or around 14th April. During this period we will not be able to accommodate any orders for wreaths or other items. Our workforce of disabled ex-servicemen and women have shown great fortitude and many will continue to manufacture poppies from home during this difficult time. We hope to be back soon and will keep you appraised of progress. We wish everybody good luck as we fight and defeat this unseen enemy! Remember 'Come together by staying apart'!

Who We Are

The factory is a wholly owned subsidiary of Poppyscotland and both organisations have been part of The Royal British Legion group of charities since 2011.

The Poppy Factory has a workforce of 40 ex-Servicemen, the large majority of whom are registered disabled, and while we are a commercial organisation, we are also a charity that provides dignity through work. Many of our workers have been with us for many years and there is a palpable feeling of the military about the place that provides a comfortable and secure atmosphere, for both visitors and workers alike. We work hard to ensure it remains primarily a happy and productive place.

We manufacture all items for the Scottish Poppy Appeal and make and sell Wreaths commercially.

The factory staff are always delighted to welcome visitors and will happily answer any questions you may have. Why not visit us and book a tour!

In this section you can see some of the team hard at work (almost!)
